My husband refused to upgrade until it died. Well it died. I bought this one and my husband has raved about it! How pretty the picture is, how you can see so many details! He actually told me he is enjoying the TV!

The pre-installed apps are a great selection, the color is great, the picture is great, and the sound even without a soundbar or theater system is still very good. I also don't have a problem with the remote: it does what it should, and, yeah, it has a lot of functions, (like controlling my Sony BlueRay/DVD and my Roku!) so it has a lot of buttons! LOL

What a great deal! We replaced an old 55 inch Samsung (really old, not even a smart TV) and this 65 inch made a HUGE difference in our rec room. Beautiful picture quality, great sound. Thanks to Best Buy for the quick and friendly service too.
