Inaccurate information bad software

TV specifications list the TV as having a refresh rate of 120hz. Called in to verify it was in fact 120hz refresh rate. Was told it was. Paid someone to pick it up and mount it, just for it to not be 120hz! Software on the TV is that of 2017. TV is slow. Would NOT advise shopping BestBuy for TV’s as the information is inaccurate. Out $240 for a pick up & mount installation.

Nice Starter TV

It works well, the picture is pretty good, and is an upgrade from his old 50" college TV.

Usually you get a run around when wanting to return something but not with Best Buy. They were understanding and extremely helpful with another tv. Honestly I don’t know how anyone could purchase a flat screen without checking with Best Buy first. Thank you Best Buy and Agent Wajeed, couldn’t have asked for better service.

After seeing the slightly larger version I gifted him, I bought another 65" for myself LOL.

I’m not tech savvy, but this is a good budget tv imo. I spent 450$ on it and I think 100% that it was worth it.
