    Great picture and I love the screen size. Price was very reasonable. Only downside is the remote is not as easy to use as I would like. Too many buttons when a ring would be more convenient and eliminate some of the crowding. I would also prefer it to be backlit.

    The replacement TV was damaged during delivery so I then had to work with the Geek Squad and Best Buy to place the TV. Didn’t go well..I sent an email to the Executive Resolution Team and received an immediate resolution. I worked with Sam who responded within 1 business day. Im a happy customer!
