Great TV

Only downside is the remote is not as easy to use as I would like. Too many buttons when a ring would be more convenient and eliminate some of the crowding. I would also prefer it to be backlit.

Terrible TV

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I’ve had this TV for about a year now and I’ve experienced so many problems with this TV, first off it is so laggy to the point where I can barely go onto apps it takes about 10 minutes for it to stop lagging and then when I go on an app, it goes back to lagging. It is such a terrible TV and a waste of money. I’m glad this TV is not available anymore at Best Buy. i’m not sure if it’s available but that’s what the app says anyways do not waste your money on this TV. I have very good Wi-Fi connection and it’s still laggy. I’ve gone through all of the problems and trying to resolve it and it never fixed the laggy problems. I’m probably gonna go back to get a Roku TV because I had a Roku TV for over three years and never ever experienced laggy problems. no matter what apps I run it takes forever to load and sometimes it likes to disconnect me from my Internet connection and say oh error code and it doesn’t work for a day , again DO not buy this TV you might as well, just get a Roku TV because they’re the better TV company.

Good Quality Tv

Living in NYC up a 5 floor walk up is terrible I’ll say but the quality service The Best Buy crew brought was extraordinary. With the new Samsung tv I feel like everyday I’m at the movie theater. I absolutely love my tv!
