This is the 3rd of this exact tv I have bought for my house, have to fill the rooms! I love it. The smart capabilities, view and responsiveness are all amazing. For the price, this is the best tv out!

Always love my Samsung TVs from Best Buy. I have purchased many for my home and no issues

I love the resolution of the screen as the images and movies look however I have problems with that it is not compatible or not in the app store several applications that I use frequently like Peacock. And it requires more internet speed to make its main menu work well.

The replacement TV was damaged during delivery so I then had to work with the Geek Squad and Best Buy to place the TV. Didn’t go well..I sent an email to the Executive Resolution Team and received an immediate resolution. I worked with Sam who responded within 1 business day. Im a happy customer!

Love it. Im retired and spend a lot of time watching tv. The picture, the multiple channels are great for me. Easy to use. Love it

This tv is great especially when I’m 4k quality. The audio is solid I don’t have to use my soundbar. The connection of my soundbar was easy and simple.

Great TV for the money, however I am seeing a lot of glare. I am using it in a well lit room with a lot of windows, did not have a chance to compare side by side with other units, so can't say of the glare issue is unique to this model or I just need to get some window coverings.

Basically, I would not recommend the television is slow and sends the signal very late, it is delayed.

Do not buy this TV – it has a known issue with its processor. After experiencing the problem, I contacted Best Buy, expecting support through the 5-year protection plan I purchased. To my surprise, they told me their protection doesn’t start until after the 1-year Samsung warranty ends, and refused to take responsibility. I then had to go through Samsung, who eventually admitted they couldn't fix the issue and ended up refunding me for the TV and taking it back. When I returned to Best Buy to get a refund for the protection plan (since the product was no longer with me), they said it was already "in use" and deducted money for the days that had passed, even though they never actually provided any service or support. Bottom line: Don’t trust Best Buy. They sell expensive products, and even if you purchase their protection plan, they’ll find a way to dodge responsibility. You're better off buying elsewhere.

These TVs were great! We got it for free with he purchase of our frame tv and t was the best freebie we have ever received. I'm so glad we took advantage of the promotion.

Great television for its price easy to set up to my Samsung account apps are great

Easy to setup and it works very well. Vibrant colors and lots of ways to hook up accessories. We have a sound bar hooked through the optical cable and it sounds amazing.

Great TV, lives up to Samsung reputation. Do not purchase from the Hyannis, MA store. Unfriendly, unhelpful, rude. Never had such a bad experience in a BB store.

Great TV, only downside is the volume on tv isnt the loudest but if you have a sound bar or arent sitting far from the tv you wont have an issue.

I had a TV just like that for 5 years, it turned out very good when I moved house, I broke it, that's why I bought one like it because I know it is a very good product
