    it’s a nice picture I prefer Sharp pictures where the quality is a little better but they no longer offer sharp TVs I would also prefer if the HDMI and plugs are on the left side versus the right side of the TV

    So far is been working great, no problems, backlight needs to be tweaked, just go through the Advance settings & adjust.

    The delivery person came on time and put it in my living. Both men checked to make sure there was nothing in their way when delivering. They were king, considerate and thoughtful.

    Wish I could give it a 0. i just returned from my summer vacation.  While on my trip I found out that your bestbuy mistakenly advertised this unit to have 120 hz.  I even called the store and spoke to a lady that confirmed it.   Reading the other reviews, I'm apparently not the only one to fall prey to this misleading ad.  My account says that im beyond my return window, so I'm stuck with something that I didn't purchase. i really hope bestbuy steps up and does what is right

    I honestly expected a lot from the tv and I can proudly say the tv exceeded my expectations, therefore I highly recommend this TV , yet again Samsung never disappoints!!

    The tv has a nice picture. The jury is still out on the Tizen OS. Its a little slow to respond. Overall this TV is a good value.
