    I don’t know if I got a bad TV or what but I HATE THIS TELEVISION. It’s so sloooooow. I’m trying to click on the next app or something on the Home Screen and it literally takes 3 seconds for it to move. Then it takes forever to load any of the things I click, Netflix, Max, Paramount, etc. Doesn’t matter what app I’m on it lags like crazy. I got this TV only because my dogs dropped my Onn Roku and that TV is far superior to this thing

    This Tv is very basic. Not for gaming. No game mode. Picture is average. Good for streaming. Does the job but when you spend more, you know where your extra money goes.

    Poor Crystal UHD Picture Quality

    TV was returned due to the poor picture quality and size for space used. TV used un basement with streaming services only. My older Samsung models (2015, 2016 & 2020) have better quality than the 65" Class TU690T Crystal UHD. Would not recommend.

    One Month One Day ..

    After having this Television for one month and one day it developed an annoying white line across the whole bottom of the screen….After running through numerous tests through the Samsung Customer Service Center that took over a hour of sending pictures and running the tests…Samsung Customer Service suggested I call Best Buy Geek Squad hoping Best Buy would offer to replace the faulty Samsung Tv since I had only had the product ONE MONTH….Geek Squad told me that my return/replacement was closed .. But offered to come and diagnose my issue for the cost of 125. Dollars…After another phone call with Samsung Customer Service and them wanting me to go through all the pictures and tests which I kindly refused…I am now waiting for a repairman who Samsung is sending out…Only to be warned that the Service would not be covered if it wasn’t a defect in the product….Last time I buy from Best Buy or Samsung..

    I’ve had my tv for about a month and a half and it already giving problems. First the remote freezes then the tv made a sound with lines on the screen and hasn’t turned on since. Would not recommend buying if you do buy get a warranty because you will be calling for it to be fixed a lot since they’re selling defective products.

    TV quit working after 20 days. Best Buy only returns after 16 days so I was past the return window. Which is ridiculous!! I will never buy ANYTHING from Best Buy again!! I don’t care if it’s something small I’m done with them! So I’ve had to deal with Samsung customer service back & forth. Which is horrible also! The part was on back order so we had to wait 3 weeks! Which tells me that this is something that is constantly wrong with this TV. The guy came to fix it and there is a hairline crack in the TV screen. Which I have no idea how it got there. We were super careful with this TV. The guy said Samsung warranty will not cover this so we are out $450 for a TV that should’ve worked!!! I’m beyond furious. Never again will I purchase anything Samsung!! Their stuff is junk!! I don’t understand how companies can make and sell junk what ever happened to quality products that lasted years!!!???

    Interface is VERY slow. You will press the button and it will freeze for a few seconds before it moves, you select the wrong app a lot. It will pause, freeze or sound go out if you try to watch tv/movies on any app except Netflix. Netflix works flawlessly.

    When purchasing this TV, you best hope it works and isn't complete trash. We purchased this TV in June 2024. Well, it completely stopped working (won't even turn on) August 2024. Contacted our warranty on August 16, 2024, and unfortunately, we were still in the Samsung warranty. So, I was connected with Samsung customer service. Today is September 21, 2024. I have contacted samsung countless times, checking the status of our replacement TV. EVERYTIME I am told we should have a delivery date within 7-10 days. A little over a month later, we still have our TV that's trash and no replacement. Hopefully, this isn't everyone's experience because this is frustrating.
