Slow as molasses

This is pretty disappointing since it is, in fact, a SAMSUNG tv which is a top brand.

Lags like Crazy

It’s so sloooooow. I’m trying to click on the next app or something on the Home Screen and it literally takes 3 seconds for it to move. Then it takes forever to load any of the things I click, Netflix, Max, Paramount, etc. Doesn’t matter what app I’m on it lags like crazy. I got this TV only because my dogs dropped my Onn Roku and that TV is far superior to this thing

Poor Crystal UHD Picture Quality

TV used un basement with streaming services only. My older Samsung models (2015, 2016 & 2020) have better quality than the 65" Class TU690T Crystal UHD. Would not recommend.

Inconsistent Quality

The quality of this tv is nowhere near as good as my Samsung “smart tv” purchased in 2017. Not sure if it’s my internet but this constantly has connection issues. The audio goes out; Amazon Prime Video glitches or doesn’t load; the apple air play doesn’t connect so I can’t stream off my phone; the remote is super delayed. This tv has so many wonderful features but I can’t use them.

One Month One Day ..

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having this Television for one month and one day it developed an annoying white line across the whole bottom of the screen….After running through numerous tests through the Samsung Customer Service Center that took over a hour of sending pictures and running the tests…Samsung Customer Service suggested I call Best Buy Geek Squad hoping Best Buy would offer to replace the faulty Samsung Tv since I had only had the product ONE MONTH….Geek Squad told me that my return/replacement was closed .. But offered to come and diagnose my issue for the cost of 125. Dollars…After another phone call with Samsung Customer Service and them wanting me to go through all the pictures and tests which I kindly refused…I am now waiting for a repairman who Samsung is sending out…Only to be warned that the Service would not be covered if it wasn’t a defect in the product….Last time I buy from Best Buy or Samsung..

Do Not Buy!!!

First the remote freezes then the tv made a sound with lines on the screen and hasn’t turned on since. Would not recommend buying if you do buy get a warranty because you will be calling for it to be fixed a lot since they’re selling defective products.
