Little nervous about what's next and there is not really anyone to call for help!

Terrible TV

Since day one that I got it it’s been constantly slow and late to react to the buttons from the controls. Takes about a solid 2-3 second to register what you pressed on the controller. Extremely frustrating and makes me want to throw the control at the tv

Headphone sound quality poor and muffled. Connectivity also spotty with frequent skipping and disconnecting. Tinny and echo sound in dynamic sound mode. Reached out to Besf Buy for exchange but they said tough luck as I was a few days past 14 day return eligibility. They also tried to push purchasing their own warranty program. Fortunately reached out Bose directly and they were helpful in making an exchange.

Worst flat screen I ever owned.

Sometimes doesn't recognize soundbar, other times can't read usb. Super fickle and response to commands have a noticeable delay. I regret the purchase.

Wouldn't buy

It took us a little while to get the TV's put up, since they were being put up high, then discovered 1 would not come on at all.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the TU690T TV’s picture quality. There are a few settings I recommend trying.
First, let's ensure your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software update.
Next, there are several Picture Modes that you can enable to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings> Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

Will not turn on straight out the box.

Opened when contractor came to put up Best Buy directed me to Samsung, they said after 15 days that’s all they can do. All I’m asking for is an exchange for the same item

Samsung says it had a physical damage, but I do not see any damage to the frame or screen!

I don't know how much more care would have been put into moving it. The protection plan did not cover the TV, so its useless.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

Someones return
