I don't know how much more care would have been put into moving it. The protection plan did not cover the TV, so its useless.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If the issue continues to appear on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. The screen visual quality is top notch right out of the box. The frame/build is sleek and slim but also feels sturdy. The SmartTV function also works very well with the home Wi-Fi. The only negative aspects are the remote, sound quality, and number of HDMI ports it comes with. The buttons on the remote are small and really close together which makes the user constantly look down from the screen. There are 2 HDMI ports on the back but with all current 4K televisions there should at least be 1-2 more. The sound quality is a little subpar, and I would definitely recommend adding a soundbar or theater system to it.

The TV would not recognize my soundbar via BlueTooth. Small inconvenience. Quirky sound which seems to 'auto-reduce' on local broadcast commercials (re-'ups' the volume on cable network stuff, to be sure...). I think that I will find that it is a 'setting' somewhere, but I haven't researched this yet.
