No way to adjust the sound.

I have to drop the sound level down to 80.. I didn't have this problem my other samsung t v. Can't Adjust the base of a tremor everything is preset.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Decent but not great wifi card weak

BO NOT BUY!

My 1st delivery date was 5/24 second 5/28 and now 5/30. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Sabien he lacks empathy amd the ability to resolve am issue that is not the fault of the customer. This is my 1st amd last delivery from best buy and the will mo longer be my 1st go to for any purchase.

Strike two for Best Buy

Every 30 or 40 minutes it loses it's source. Every hour or so it freezes. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever owned. I owned a TCL I purchased from Best Buy that now takes over second place. Way to go Best Buy. Keep up the loosing streak!

TV died after 16 months

The only option provided is to pay $125 for Geek Squad to come but if the tv is broken then I'm out the cost of the tv + $125.

New TV does not show picture after 1 month use

Service rep says part will be fixed. How could you say for a new TV part is damaged so will be replaced thought the TV is used just for 1 month.
