Completely installed the equipment!

The technician’s did a good job putting up my TV’s! But when I purchased them I was told they would complete disc player and cable! I paid for that! It was not done! The tv in the bedroom is still not connected!!

65 inch samsung

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website, then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your U7900F TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & User Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.

In addition, try cold booting your TV by holding the remote’s power button for 5+ seconds, reinstalling the app, or resetting Smart Hub. These steps often resolve app-related issues.

Had high hopes

However, after watching the TV for about an hour, the motion started getting very glitchy. The TV was not hot but was acting like it was over heating. We tried the smart TV as well as personal Roku. Also watched same show on different TV and did not glitch.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your Samsung U7900 TV. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, to determine whether the issue is related to the TV itself, we recommend running a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition test image for you to examine. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If it appears the line has to do with the TV and not any connected devices, we recommend resetting your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
If you still have issues, please call us to set up an appointment for warranty service. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available daily from 8AM - 12AM EST. You can also chat with a LiveChat agent by clicking the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Terrible base for putting the legs on

Best Buy policies

After plugging the set in the screen was cracked. I immediately returned to Best Buy with the set but they refused to help with a refund or a replacement. I am an 80 year old widow living on Social Security and cannot afford to lose this money. Best Buy couldn't have cared less and told me it was my fault for the cracked screen. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again and am telling everyone I know and meet to be very wary of what you buy at Best Buy.
