    Nice tv for the price set up Is kind of difficult and tv doesn’t automatically cut off when no one is watching. You have to go on Settings and set it up. I’m assuming haven’t tried, overall tv is average

    Multiple replacements

    After three attempts to get the right TV that actually work calling Best Buy’s is horrible. You can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone it’s been multiple times calling people saying they can do things when they can’t just overall Best Buy is horrible

    Despite multiple emails and unsubscribe attempts, Best Buy continues to spam me. The tv's fine, but I'm not buying from BB again.

    Returned. Was delivered damaged. Picked up a couple of days later and new 55" tv delivered.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. If apps on your U7900 TV are crashing, freezing, or loading slowly:
      1. Update firmware – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      2. Delete and reinstall the app
      3. Run Device Care – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
