    Hi received a this television from Best Buy I never opened it unitl today as I was waiting the technician to do a wall install. Upon opening it, it was revealed that the screen has a crack in the top left corner and the screen is black. This is the second television i received from Best Buy damaged the first i was able to return it now i see my return window has closed what am i to do. This is frustrating and an inconvenience. It appears am now stuck with a 65 inch paper weight. I expect better service than this.

To start, we recommend making sure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates can include improvements to sound performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update

      If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings:

      Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more.

      If you’re considering enhancing your setup, Samsung’s Q- and S-Series Soundbars (like the HW-xxx) feature Q-Symphony, which syncs your TV and soundbar speakers for a fuller, more immersive sound experience.

    Besides changing my delivery date’s several times! The technician’s did a good job putting up my TV’s! But when I purchased them I was told they would complete disc player and cable! I paid for that! It was not done! The tv in the bedroom is still not connected!!

    Unfortunately, I didn't like it very much. It doesn't offer many applications, which makes it less versatile than I expected. On top of that, I found it quite difficult to operate, and navigating the settings wasn't very intuitive.

    Terrible base for putting the legs on

    Putting the legs into the base is terrible. Pops the back off the screen. Not well put together. All my appliances are Samsung and this is the worst by far

    Best Buy policies

    Upon opening the box and attaching the wall brackets we noticed something wrong with the screen. After plugging the set in the screen was cracked. I immediately returned to Best Buy with the set but they refused to help with a refund or a replacement. I am an 80 year old widow living on Social Security and cannot afford to lose this money. Best Buy couldn't have cared less and told me it was my fault for the cracked screen. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again and am telling everyone I know and meet to be very wary of what you buy at Best Buy.

    Third Failed Delivery – Completely Unprofessional

    I got my TV back on the 4th try. I bought a TV and they didn't have the full set. They replaced it 4 times and still didn't deliver it until I went there myself!!! The service is terrible. It's the worst thing that can happen when you spend a lot of time and they don't care. And when they delivered the wrong TV, they called all day and then Spanish guys who didn't speak English came to pick it up at 9 pm, saying they would be fired if they didn't take the TV back! Shame on this company!!!
