Completely installed the equipment!

The technician’s did a good job putting up my TV’s! But when I purchased them I was told they would complete disc player and cable! I paid for that! It was not done! The tv in the bedroom is still not connected!!

If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings:
Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more.

Terrible base for putting the legs on

Third Failed Delivery – Completely Unprofessional

I bought a TV and they didn't have the full set. They replaced it 4 times and still didn't deliver it until I went there myself!!! The service is terrible. It's the worst thing that can happen when you spend a lot of time and they don't care. And when they delivered the wrong TV, they called all day and then Spanish guys who didn't speak English came to pick it up at 9 pm, saying they would be fired if they didn't take the TV back! Shame on this company!!!

Best Buy policies

After plugging the set in the screen was cracked. I immediately returned to Best Buy with the set but they refused to help with a refund or a replacement. I am an 80 year old widow living on Social Security and cannot afford to lose this money. Best Buy couldn't have cared less and told me it was my fault for the cracked screen. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again and am telling everyone I know and meet to be very wary of what you buy at Best Buy.

We’re sorry to hear that the picture on your Samsung U7900 TV appears too dark. If this isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several settings you can adjust to improve the overall brightness and clarity of your screen.
First, try disabling certain energy-saving features that may be dimming the screen automatically. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.
Next, adjust the Picture Mode to better match your viewing environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from the following:
• Dynamic – Brighter and clearer for well-lit rooms
• Standard – Balanced for most environments
• Movie – Ideal for watching in a dark room
• Eco – Designed for energy savings
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the creator’s original intent
You can also manually adjust brightness by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness. Use the slider to set a level that suits your preferences (0–50).
Finally, we recommend making sure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
If your remote is having issues, we recommend that you change out the batteries and make sure the line of sight to the IR sensor located under the Samsung logo is clear.
