The product was fine. The store was horrible. I paid for it one day and went to pick it up at the store a few days later and they told me i had already picked it up. Sat at store for half hour while they sorted it out and tried to find video footage Accused me of picking it up earlier and trying to pick it up again. Which i obviosly didnt. After accusing me of 'shop lifting' I was a little upset. They were very dismissive and disrespectful considering it was their mistake. They finally admitted it was their mistake and gave me the tv. However, no apology for the accusations or my time lost waiting. I would not deal with this store again.

I love my new TV, the resolution is very good and I like that I can handle it from my cell phone even if I'm not at home, I recommend it.

The first TV was received broken and the return went fine. It took over 30 mins to get some help in store. Maybe its just better to shop online and pick up now.

Muffled sound once it has been on for a few hours. Good picture, but the sound cancels out any of the good features. Thought it was the TV station, but compared it to our other TVs and the muffled sound does not happen on those.

Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode • Standard: Balanced for everyday viewing • Optimized: Enhances effects and creates a more spacious sound • Amplify: Boosts mid and high tones, especially helpful if dialogue is difficult to hear
Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

I loved the picture quality but the reason i returned it was because it was too laggy. It was 2 times slower then my old tv. Only difference was the size. The colors was really nice and my kids loved the games

I had a 65 Hisense and this Samsung blows it away hi def is awesome spend the extra 100 and you won't be disappointed.
