The only negative comment I have is that the picture is not as sharp as I would like it to be. It has a slight haze which I have been unable to get rid of through the adjustment on the set.

We bought this to replace a Hisense 55" TV that we didn't really like that we had in our bedroom that lagged when watching anything live, like sports. This is a fantastic TV! No lagging or issues with live stream. The picture is nice! The functions are user friendly.

The Samsung U8000 tv has feet that were easy to insert instead of screwing in. The Picture & sound are Great the menu is easy to operate I like this Very much, & the 65 inch Screen makes you feel your in your own theatre. The color is Great

The sales staff in the store and customer service via phone have been fantastic. The first 65 inch Samsung TV arrived with screen damage. However they delivered a new TV and removed the damaged one during the same delivery, no extra charges. I'm enjoying my new Samsung a lot. This TV does everything but wash the dishes lol.
