    Never buy an open box item from Best Buy. It was broken and I had to pick it up and return it. Exhausting.

    Don’t Buy Open Box

    Bought open box, audio on tv doesn’t even work and picture quality is very dark.

      Hi AnthonyM,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with your U8000F TV. If you're not hearing sound or if the sound cuts out and you're using only the TV’s built-in speakers (no soundbar or external device), try the following steps:

      1. Check volume and mute settings, and make sure the Sound Output is set to TV Speaker: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Output > TV Speaker
      2. Run a Sound Test to help diagnose the issue: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
      3. Cold boot your TV by holding the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and back on (Or unplug the TV from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in)
      4. Reset sound settings to default: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Reset Sound
      5. Update your TV’s software in case a firmware issue is affecting audio: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    TV shuts off randomly

    The TV randomly shuts off while being actively watched. It appears it is a known problem with no resolution

      1. Check for firmware updates – An outdated version can affect overall performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      2. Run Device Care – This tool clears unused cached memory and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
      3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for about 5 seconds until the TV turns off and back on. This refreshes the system.
      4. Power cycle the TV and any connected external devices – Unplug them from the power outlet, wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in.

    65 inch samsung tv

    Had a 35 year old RCA which was in perfect condition but the technology had caught up with it so I finally let it go. Anyway I l upgraded to this 65 inch samsung tv and hope that it eill last at least five to seven years. I've only had it for 2 weels and all is going well. The picture looks pretty good but the sound is weak so I plan to purchase a soundbar in the future. I don't like the remote control which can be a bit challenging to figure out. Otherwise I'm enjoying it. It seems well worth the sale price. I wouldn't pay full price.

    It’s very nerve racking to use took it back and got a Roku easy to use and set up

    I have not received it yet, was not delivered as promised!! I purchased this on the 28th of April and might have it on the 29 of June??

    Awesome display! The picture is amazing! The updates to the Tizen Smart Tv Operating System are great. Intuitive UI. Connected my Xbox Series X and it automatically changed the default input name to Xbox with a Xbox logo for the thumbnail of the input

    We first bought the 55 inch 7900 model Samsung and it was adequate. We ended up upgrading to the 65 inch Samsung model 8000 and the picture is better and we love it! It also has an additional needed HDMI port.

    My first time purchasing a Samsung TV, but I love Samsung products. This price for this size seemed like a great deal. I dont know the difference between this and other Samsung TV models but the size is what we need and the picture quality is great.
