    Better than expected quality. Only downside is that it is the basic model and you can't set a personal screensaver.

    My TV stopped working

    My TV stopped working after 2 weeks of usage. Picture quality was good but, my tv never turned back on. Tried calling, but because we didnt take the extended warrenty they referred us to Samsung. Unable to reach Samsung. If my tv worked then I would've given 4 or 5 stars. But a brand new tv gone to waste and I've lost $400

    Picture quality is great but the volume seems to not be comfortable either to loud or way to soft

      We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with inconsistent sound volume on your TV.

      To help stabilize volume levels, try enabling the Auto Volume function, which automatically adjusts sound when switching channels or inputs: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On

      You may also want to run a Sound Test to check for audio issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

    I purchased this TV approximately 3 weeks ago and have had network connection failures constantly. I returned it back to BB and they replaced with the same model. To no avail the same issue is happening. Not sure if this particular model is having continuous issue with Network card or what, not happy with Samsung at this point and would not recommend this particular model
