    Better than expected quality. Only downside is that it is the basic model and you can't set a personal screensaver.

    I recently purchased a Samsung TV and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The picture quality is outstanding with bright colors, deep blacks, and very sharp resolution. Watching movies and sports feels incredibly immersive, especially with the smooth motion and clear display. The smart TV features are easy to use and apps load quickly without any lag.     It’s a good TV as advertised, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. You want 5 from me, enhance the picture quality for me in an indistinguishable way that no other TV can compare. Sound bougie?

      It's great to hear you are enjoying your U8000F TV. If you would like to adjust the image, you can make several changes to better suit your viewing environment and content type.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
      • Standard – Ideal for general viewing
      • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
      • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
      • Movie – Best for viewing in low light
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

      You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

    I purchased this TV approximately 3 weeks ago and have had network connection failures constantly. I returned it back to BB and they replaced with the same model. To no avail the same issue is happening. Not sure if this particular model is having continuous issue with Network card or what, not happy with Samsung at this point and would not recommend this particular model

    My TV stopped working after 2 weeks of usage. Picture quality was good but, my tv never turned back on. Tried calling, but because we didnt take the extended warrenty they referred us to Samsung. Unable to reach Samsung. If my tv worked then I would've given 4 or 5 stars. But a brand new tv gone to waste and I've lost $400
