Store manager will tell you is your responsibility to check the inside of box despite the fact it say EXCELLENT CONDITION, Do not buy the product. Installation service and extended warranty is circus . I posted here and my review was removed after my ordeal.

Worth the money!

The picture and sound quality are amazing! Only downside for me is thatbl the remote is a little janky for the quality of tv and there is no fiber optic input. Great buy!

We already had a 55” Samsung TV so I thought to look at Samsung again. Best decision ever! The most important things for the replacement were 1) # of HDMI ports, 2) smart TV but *NO AI COMPONENT* (I was honestly shocked by how many brands have slapped AI on every single model), and 3) obviously the quality/resolution of the screen. This Samsung TV checked all the boxes. 3 HDMI ports for our various consoles, the smart aspect integrates really nicely with our other smart technology (the app is very useful for those who like to control things with their phone), and the picture is great. The price is very reasonable too, BestBuy had the best price for the most recent version of the model. The curbside pickup was quick and straightforward. The lovely curbside employee was kind and helped out with situating it in my car. All in all, this has affirmed my love for Samsung TVs and BestBuy.

The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with true-to-life colors and smooth motion. The setup was quick and easy, and the Tizen smart platform is super fast and user-friendly. Streaming apps load instantly, and the sound quality is surprisingly rich even without a soundbar. Perfect for movie nights and everyday viewing. Definitely a great value for a 2025 model!

The sleek design looks great, and SmartThings integration is a bonus. The only downsides are that HDR brightness isn’t as strong as higher-end models and there’s no optical audio out—only HDMI eARC or Bluetooth. Still, for the price, it’s an excellent choice for streaming, gaming, and everyday use.
