I absolutely love this tv and how quick everything is with it. My Vizio gave out after 4 years and i needed a new one and im so happy i picked this one. The picture is great, and it responds so quickly to what im wanting to do. Also Brandon in your tv department at the Fayetteville location was a huge help. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very kind.

The samsung 65 inch crystal display TV has a great picture edge to edgeat almost every angle,the only thing I have an issue with is the remote.the remote is to me to small and hard to navicate,so my answer to that was to get a universal remote,works better for me.This is a great TV at a great price.Highly recomend!

The product works very well and was easy to set up. The quality is excellent and it performs exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall quality picture, some washout and reflection when outside light (sunlight) fills the room. Black is not as dark as advertised. Chico floor sale reps lack real knowledge of these products.

I was returning a tv that i purchase 15 days ago stop working an employee name Cara was very nasty and with an attitude she told me that she was a manager and nothing i can do about it, i ask for another manager a Jacob check my account and he help me with the return and explain to me better option and i, thank you Jacob for an wonderful customer service. purchase a better tv fir 300.00 dollars

I love my TV!! Color is great and it looks perfect on my wall. I literally have 5 different TV’s in my house in my 2 bdrm apartment, 4 different brands, but chose Samsung because I love how easy it is to navigate all the apps I can add. Will be getting another one (85” this time) soon for another home.

Bought as a replacement to an older tv. Remote takes some getting used to, but the picture quality is great for the price.

We bought this to replace a Hisense 55" TV that we didn't really like that we had in our bedroom that lagged when watching anything live, like sports. This is a fantastic TV! No lagging or issues with live stream. The picture is nice! The functions are user friendly.

Needed a quick functional replacement for a 55” that accidentally got whacked by the kids playing in the living room with a plastic baseball bat. Off to Best Buy for the rescue! Found this gem on sale and available for immediate take home! Problem solved and surprisingly really happy with the larger size (65”) and the clear picture quality! Definitely a great find find at a great price! The remote is not the most user friendly but learning how to use it.

Love this TV. Super quick set up. Only issue has been the remote. I have to press buttons several times before it works. Doesn’t matter if I’m close or far from the TV it doesn’t choose an option unless I press buttons more than once.

Great TV! Just wish it had an optical port for a sound bar.

We have always trusted Samsung and all our appliances are Samsung including TV's in our hall and our bedrooms. Best clarity ever. Colors are vibrant, natural, requires no sound bar, easy to navigate the apps and overall it is worth the price.

Works great been my best purchase this year. The color snd resolutions are great. The sounds is algo very good and very simple to use.

Great tv for the price. Unfortunately the first one they gave me looked like someone bought it and broke it then tried to put it back in the box like it wasnt used. The film missing on the screen was a giveaway. But store handled it good and swapped it out for me with no issues. Sound quality is good. Picture is definitely an upgrade from old tv i had.
