I love the TV and all the smart features. The only problem I am having is that the picture is not as crisp as when I had a 55inch. I did the pic adjustments with Samsung but the advised I call my cable provider. When I watch programs from Netflix, Youtube, etc the quality and colors are great, it is only when I am using the cable channels that the picture can look dull and faded. My Cable provider told me it was due to the bigger screen and not having fiber optics in my Neiborhood yet???

Def an upgrade from the Samsung curve, only thing annoying is the location for the ports to plug things in can make it hard to mount to the wall.

As someone who has never owned a smart tv it is pretty easy to used to. Very compatible with my samsung phone and is very easy to connect blue tooth devices to. Even better that it detects when i turn on my playstation and turns itself on and switches over to the hdmi port without me connecting to it.

Samsung makes a great TV! Easy to set up, great picture, and fits perfectly with my universal wall mount. Samsung TVs are always a safe bet.

The service at Best Buy was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable patient and willing to answer all questions. The Best Buy representative was helpful and asking questions regarding how the best distance to TV from the couch, and best location in the room to optimize the view. Store representative help put the TV in the vehicle and ensure that it was secure and would not move. The TV is amazing as a great sound Pitch Perfect quality views and I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

I enjoy the TV 65 inch. I put it in a man cave and it looks good in there and I will recommend it to anybody.

Great TV! It’s perfect and a great deal. Pairs great with a Samsung Sound Bar. I was watching a Brewers Game and I heard the guy behind me crack open a sunflower seed and spit it against the back of my seat. This came w/ free installation when I bought it and the Geek Squad guys were great and were the dedicated TV/ audio nerds I really needed.

Finally upgraded from my small TV and the kids definitely approve! Easy set up and love the beautiful picture!

Great TV. Good picture sound and set up. Easy pick up. Purchase online and pick up in store next day. First one we got had a cracked screen. Took in back right away and got another one. It was GOOD.

Picture is crisp. Color is believable. Side view of screen is clear unlike other models where side view is distorted. Sound from TV without sound bar is excellent. This is our 2nd purchase of this model this month. I also purchase the 43" in this series 40 days ago. I also love the free Samsung channel line-up. Samsung has great customer support.

I bought this Samsung TV for my bedroom and it’s been awesome so far. The picture is super clear and the colors look really nice, whether I’m watching movies, shows, or YouTube. The built-in apps make it easy to get to Disney+, Netflix, and everything else without extra devices. It also works well with Alexa, so I can turn it on or open apps just by asking. The sound is good for a bedroom, and the size feels just right from my bed. Really happy with this purchase — it makes movie nights way better.

/hus samsung crystal is as it says! Crystal clear and sound is loud and clear on 20-25. You don't need surround sound to appear to be in a movie theater.

This Samsung Crystal UHD is amazing. The clarity and colors are much better than my previous TV. The setup was very straightforward, and the smart features are extremely fast. It's a great addition to my living room.

This is a great tv. We needed to replace our old tv when it stopped working and picked the best deal we found. The only thing that took some adjustment was the navigation was a little laggy to start, but has gotten better over time. We have had it for almost 6 months and it has been holding up well.
