    Great product! This is at least about 5 tv's I have purchased from Best Buy in the past 4 years. Samsung tv's also. My service from Best Buy has been outstanding from store to deliveries. Best Buy is the only company I will buy my products for work and home from. If something is not right they go out of the way to make it right.

    My first time purchasing a Samsung TV, but I love Samsung products. This price for this size seemed like a great deal. I dont know the difference between this and other Samsung TV models but the size is what we need and the picture quality is great.

    The picture is great, the sound not so great. We talked to an associate of yours and they recommended a sound bar. So, we haveypurcased one, and brought it back. Thet recommended one from BestBuy for $499.99.

      I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing audio delay issues when pairing Bluetooth devices with your U8000F TV. Before using Bluetooth, please keep in mind the following:

      1. Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup cannot be used at the same time.
      2. Compatibility issues may occur depending on the Bluetooth device - for example, some mobile-exclusive headphones may not work properly depending on the environment.
      3. Lip-sync (audio delay) errors can occur with certain Bluetooth setups.
      4. The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect if the distance between them is too great or if there are obstacles.

      If the delay continues, we recommend using a wired connection for improved audio performance.
