I have gotten two of these and they have shorted out in the same spot within the first 48 hours, I use the control by changing two different bricks and using two different cords which everything else works together in the combinations except for this cord. Very disappointed considering it's Samsung brand and I normally shell out five bucks on Amazon and get three years out of those cords.

Audio is low & the ear pieces cushions fell off easy

I've had two of these cords -- the first one broke after a few months. Everytime I charge my computer with it, I get a message saying to "use a compatible cord for charging" even though this one claims to be a samsung cord and my laptop is a samsung. It charges very slowly with this.

Stopped working properly within a week or so. I personally would not buy again. Buy a different cable this is not worth it.

Didn't receive a real samsung cable. I got an off brand. I even asked the store and they just shrugged it off. The cord also didn't last more than 4 months. Idk if this was supposed to be a samsung listing or just a cord that is for samsung phones but beware. I know now that samsung 10ft cords usually only come with the adapter not separate.

Samsung bare minimum. I don't understand how they make $1250 flagship phones , with the latest , greatest tech in them, and release accessories that are the cheapest excrement I've ever seen . This cord is a bargain $5 cord . I reinforced the heck out of it with superglue but honestly don't expect it to last any longer than the last 3 Samsung cords I've bought. The plastic end is very fragile and susceptible to coming apart at the mold seam .

Worked great until it didn't. Stopped working in a few months from purchase.

It says this is genuine samsung but it does nit charge my galaxy s23 ultra nor my galaxy tab s9fe+. I need to return it

Do not buy, does not work with the phone. Will not charge. Keeps charging then stopping then repeat

This would not fix the jack on my phone. No quality control here. Over priced!

this product worked great for approximately one year and then it gave out after the onenyear.

it was the wrong size. it doesnt work on my phone it is too big. I will be taking it back to see if we can get the right size for my phone
