Hard to get to work through other box case great looks

Have to get the phone and watch in the right spot of this charger otherwise it will not charge. The light turns red indicating that it is charging and when I get the device in the morning it has not been charged. Apparently I did put it just right. Do not recommend

I found it hard to find the right position for my watch to be charged. Since it has a smooth surface, with no holder to secure the watch, there should not be a "correct" position, just set the watch down and it should charge.

Not sure if it's my placement on the device or what. It appears that pretty often leaving the song and watch on all night they still are not charging correctly. Not really sure if I would recommend this to anyone

This wireless duo charger is suppose to be fast charging. It's not!! My cellphone stated it would be fully charged in 1 hour. It took 3 hours and my cellphone felt very warm. It's not reliable!! I'm very disappointed.

This charger did great charging my phone but sucked charging any of my smartwatches, Gear S2, Fossil and Gear Galaxy. In fact it actually drained my smartwatch batteries. Returned.

kinda sometimes work. some times it works well, and most of the time it takes for ever to charge my galaxy watch and Samsung s10+. other times it wont even charge it.

I am very disappointed since this charger does not charge fast. You need to make sure phone is placed properly otherwise it will not charge.

Personally did not like this unit. For me it seemed you had to set phone a specific way on the charger or it wouldn't connect and charge.

I purchased this product to charge my devices. However, it fell short on the charging speeds. My phone was pretty much dying on the charger. My Samsung watch, would not stay on that end of the charger. Both devices we not charging properly so I returned the product after two days of owning it. I would not purchase this item again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

You have to remove phone protective case to charge. By doing this my phone fell and cracked.

I bought this for my wife as a gift to charge her Samsung phone and watch. Her Samsung gear 2 watch will not charge on this and when I upgraded my wife's phone to a s9 it gets warm. It could be I should have researched this more or im expecting too much but I think for the cost it should work across the board with their own rechargeable product.

This was an open box item purchased from a store and shipped to me. Upon reviewing the contents inside; apparently someone who packaged this item to ship to me didn't think that I needed the wall plug portion to charge with, so with that being said; I can't really rate or recommend to a friend. I will be returning it instead.

This does not charge our phones very fast. I can charge my phone faster by plugging it in.

slow charger ever for the money it cost. .

This device seemed worth the price, until I found out it was an older model with less amperage. It was too slow charging wirelessly, its main purpose. It was also very bulky.

We have had cheaper chargers charge better than this one

after 6mos it stopped working, red blinking lights

If I could get away without giving stars i would. I have 3 wireless chargers. 5100 that go in the phone. They fast charge in one hour. The above fast charges in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not worth it at all. It is not a fast charger
