The product seems, so far, to be of good quality. The picture is very clear and the construction of the unit is as good as they come. The help we received in-store was good, as well. The associate who helped us was not hesitant to look for answers he didn't already have. This is the kind of service we have come to expect from this store and is why we return for major purchases.

Absolutely love this TV. The size is great and the narrow edges make for almost seamless viewing. The picture is very clear and bright. I'd initially hooked up a surround sound system because I didn't like the sound from the TV but after changing some settings it works great now.

First large purchase, first TV screen was cracked out the box but called geek squad and with no hesitation had another one delivered. Love the tv and picture that it has. I work for Verizon and I stand behind Samsung products. I have my first Samsung sound bar and bluetooth. Love it.

This was my husbands gift for Christmas and can i just say this TV has blown me away and exceeded all my expectations. I would give this a 10 out of 10. The picture is amazing, the quality is brilliant. We just watched the new Wonder Woman 1984 and Wowwwwww. Highly reccomend this tv.

This TV is HUGE! Perfect for watching sporting events. The picture is amazing and so clear for such a big screen. The fact that it is a smart TV is a bonus. I would recommend the Samsung brand to anyone on the hunt for a high quality unit that will result in the "wow effect" for all.

A great TV with an all round clear concise picture quality. Sound can be a little tin sounding but its not bad at all. The built in software can be very slow and clunky. But its always worked, and worked well. Overall, a very good picture quality with nothing to complain about.

Good TV with great picture. Picture is crisp and dynamic. Only wish is that if Samsung could improve certain menu items...like remove voice whenever captions are chosen from accessibility settings and have default menu whenever Samsung TV button is pressed.

This is my first 4K UHD tv so I was greatly impressed with the quality of the picture. I love the Samsung Tv feature, and the availability of many apps to download. My only negative comment is that I wish the picture was brighter. Even after make adjustments I could not make the picture as bright as i would have liked. Overall though this has been a great tv for the price.

This T.V. Is good quality and well worth the price we paid for it. We are not big on watching T.V. for movies or sports, but use it for local programming and news. So we are happy with it’s quality and we know there is much better out there, but for the price, this one has been a great deal for replacing the T.V. our grandson broke while playing his video game console on it.

I'm glad to own a Samsung 4k Tv and this particular tv is amazing. Crystal clear, quality is amazing, and the size is great. I made the purchase on Black Friday so the price for this tv felt like i stole it. I highly recommend Samsung and this particular to anybody and everybody.

Picture is great, especially at this price point. Set up of apps was fairly easy and definitely better than the LG's i currently have. I haven't owned as Samsung since the very first LCD that I bought years ago, and this TV definitely has be back on board. So much better than LG.

This model is a couple of years old but looks great. I mounted on the wall and some of the ports were hard to get to. I would recommend getting an arm instead of a wall mount if you’re going to access the ports frequently. My biggest gripe is that there aren’t dedicated hardware buttons on the TV for certain functions. You must hold down the buttons and often you get unwanted responses. It’s almost impossible to navigate without the remote control. You can download Smart Things on your smart phone to control the TV. Also, this is probably one of the worst remote controls I have ever used. The buttons stuck down on the first controller that I got. I called tech support and they did provide a new one at no cost. However, it remains very unresponsive. There seems to be several seconds of delays. This really reduces the overall experience. I enjoy the TV but not as much as what I would like. Maybe if I called tech support some of the delays might be fixed. I would not buy again if I had a choice.

Purchased this TV almost 5 months ago after my sister bought one and it is still going great. Wonderful picture quality, aesthetically pleasing, easy to set up and it mounted well. The sound is pretty good despite the TV being in a room open to several other spaces.

Tv quality is good, sound is decent but definitely worth it for the money

Excellent buy at a great price. Beautiful picture. Absolutely no regrets love all the apps. Will not drop a star for the sound as all modern TVs need a sound bar these days. Plenty of volume to play with even without sound bar. 4K picks every little nuance of the camera.

Good 4k TV i pick it up on during the Black Friday sale. Pictures quality good. Romote not so nice (cheap quality remote buttons small and cramped together ) This is my first 4k TV purchase. I would buy a higher quality TV on my next purchase. But for $530.00 it was a good deal but not best quality. I made the mistake of buying the deal and not buying high quality.

Love, love, love this TV. Bought it during Black Friday because we were in the middle of buying a house and have had it for a while now and have 0 complaints. Very easy to mount, TV is great quality, super easy to setup and would highly reccomend to everyone.

This TV has an incredible picture and features. Out of box settings were okay but tweaking with the WOW disc really brought out its capabilities. You would need to spend about 3 times the price for an OLED TV to get a noticeable improvement. The one con is only 2 HDMI inputs

Unfortunately our purchase arrived damaged. Best Buy quickly exchange for brand new product. TV is crystal clear, amazing picture, sound quality is great even without our separate sound bar. Absolutely recommend for anyone searching for a large quality TV for a great price!!!
