I love this television. The first one I received was crack and had to be replaced. Best Buy solved the issue and was delivered before Christmas. Great quality picture, sound and perfect size for our media room. Oh and the extra features are a plus.

not the 70 inch which came damaged i returned to best buy purchased a 75 in TV amazed how crystal clear like real life in fact i will be purchasing another one for my son as a new house gift completly satisfied

Well we are older and not very tech savvy, but were are day by day learning our super great new T V. It does so many things. The sound is amazing and of corse we love the size. As always thank you Best Buy for a great product at a fabulous price!

Wow! This 4K TV is Absolutely delightful, it’s huge it’s clear and I’m just in shock that I was watching TV for so long without this clear picture. It’s very clear like I’m in the movie. My kids have tcl roku TVs and now there jealous of my Samsung.

I'm impressed with the quality, sounds etc. For the price paid for this TV, I should've bought a second TV! I love that I can mirror from my phone as well, it was a Great buy and happy overall. BEST BUY beat Costco and Walmart for the price paid....

The picture looks great and it runs well. I’ve always liked the Samsung line of tvs. However here lately I feel like they’ve dropped the ball. My cons are: the tv doesn’t like to stay connected to my sound bar (via wireless or Bluetooth); I’ve hooked my sound bar up via audio cable but it won’t work that way at all; and occasionally the apps don’t work (they either won’t load and turn the tv off or they load but get stuck on the loading screen). I’d say my tv has turned itself off only twice I think in the past year so that’s not too bad but definitely not expected. Overall it looks great and when it’s working I love it, but I wouldn’t buy it again unless it was dirt cheap ($200). PS you need a soundbar. The sound comes from the back of the tv and just sounds like it’s coming through a soup can without one.

no words can describe the quality and graphics of this amazing piece of technology. everything was done in a super fast and easy transaction and the best buy worker gave me their best service. overall satisfied with everything including my samsung tv.

This TV was a great investment, and it was a black Friday deal. It really gets no better than that. I enjoy watching the clarity of the picture. As well as the vivid screen and picture quality can't be matched. There is no tv topping this clarity.

Pretty good picture. No real complaints. The one thing I don't like is the remote. Every button you hit is delayed. Sometimes apps for streaming services need to be deleted and downloaded again to make the work. Overall my experience with Hisense brand is much better.

Good buy for the price! Nice size and good manufacturer

I find Samsung TV's to be one of the best televisions on the market. With the free cable channels offered and the internet browser, it can be used as a monitor for certain computing tasks. This one has a great picture even using outside antenna.

Looks absolutely stunning. Bought it for my father in law and we were able to watch the world series with amazing colors. Easy to set up if you already have a Samsung account and the controller works with our Xfinity box to change channels as well.

Bought this tv during Black Friday Sales and I must say it’s better than I imagined it to be! Well worth the money! I also purchased a five year warranty and also had the geek squad set it up for me. Totally spent about $850.00 Very happy!

I could not believe it when I saw the price for this TV. Samsung makes quality products and this TV has not disappointed. It is the right size for the room where I placed it. The picture is great and the apps and other features enhance the TV.

Right out of the box I'm extremely impressed with the picture quality. It does not compare to an OLED, but I don't think there's a better picture for the price. So far, so good. I'll update if anything changes.

Purchased Nov 2020, it is Nov 2021 now....so just over a year of ownership. Paid $549 at Best Buy, a real bargain. This TV has performed flawlessly and the picture is great. Kinda wish it had voice assistant.

Great TV!!!! Wonderful picture quality and features. I especially enjoy the Bluetooth feature as it allows me to place a Bluetooth speaker in the farthest area of the lanai and not need to BLAST out the folks sitting closer to the TV. ENJOY

One of the best purchases we've made in a long time! The quality is the picture and sound is top-notch. The pre-installed apps are a bonus, and accessing YouTube on a big screen while doing at home Zumba and aerobics exercises is great.
