Not sure if quality or series of TV is reason for this? But I’m happy with product based on pricing paid.

Samsung Hook Up

Having the option to click the Netflix or Amazon Prime button directly from the remote is awesome. I'm still learning where the different channels are. Right now everything is running via WiFi, but once the cable box option is hooked up that should make finding my local channels easier to find. Adding the 4K Firestick to hookup to watch additional movies will be top notch coming from my Sound bar. Purchasing this TV was a great decision.
