Nice tv, clunky interface

To be honest, the interface/software (I guess it's Tizen) is really clunky and doesn't really work very well. There's a lot of glitching and the system seems to get overloaded easily. We will probably switch to a chromecast or something else at some point. A couple times the tv has just gone black or starts strobing. The fix for this is simple but annoying: just unplug the tv and plug back in.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
