bad service/delivery

I had to call, they pushed it out a week. Fine but unporofessional . The TV is ok, it was cheap for a 70". I have Sony 900 85" in 2 room sand they look better and the sony operating system is better than the Samsung althgough both Android. Wont buy from bestbuy unless I have to.
