As 0of this review everything seems to be working well. Although they delivered the new unit and took away the old unit believe they should have set the new unit unit up.

The TV Screen is literally falling off

Also, I truly never leave reviews, let alone negative reviews, so you know if I'm here it is to warn others! Started out great, picture and sound were both very nice. But now I have had this TV for less than 1 month and noticed over the past few days that the top of the screen is completely falling off. It took me awhile to understand what was happening, I was seeing light on the ceiling above where the TV was mounted and then I saw a moth INSIDE the TV. So I finally saw the whole top of the screen (the clear part that protects the actual LED screen) had separated from the frame! After two 1/2 hour waits on hold, Best Buy agent reminded me they only has a 15 day return policy and since I am 14 days past that cutoff, they said they can't help. Sent me to Samsung. Samsung rep had me on the phone for 45 minutes only to schedule another rep to come out (earliest is 1 week) to "fix" it. The screen is falling off people lol! Please don't fix it, just take it away and give me a refund because clearly it is defective. Now to wait until the service tech comes and then see what they do from there. Fun stuff. I never buy Samsung products after I had a samsung galaxy that was also defective. Maybe I just have bad luck with their products, but I should've gone with my gut!

Looking for another TV for this room. Young Eric explained different TV mounts and capabilities. Explaining the app for streaming. I am a senior and did not understand before. Keep him because he was very nice and clear.

It's enough to be noticeable, but not enough to make me dislike the TV overall. If it were much more expensive, I'd be really disappointed. Gaming on the Nintendo Switch works nicely. TV user interface for apps is also good.

Off at first, but it got better!

It now works perfectly and I’m able to watch on every streaming platform with no lag time. Also, I love that this TV comes with free channels, like Deal or No Deal and Nickelodeon. It makes the TV just that much better!

Samsung tv

I regret buying this tv. It looses internet connection out of nowhere. I didn’t have issues with connecting to the internet until now. Just wait until this tv is on sale. Picture is what I expected for this price. It’s an okay tv.

The native operating system is slow and freezes. You are not able to delete the factory apps. The picture settings vary depending on which preset was previously selected.

I had to download the app to accept the agreement as on the tv itself it’s giving the message of server down and nit reachable and check your connection. Hence minus one star to find the solution over internet and going through this hassle to use the tv.

Nice size, price but too dark.

Even in both low light and high light conditions, i could barely see what was on the screen for some scenes. I compared it with the tv this one replaced (higher end model from 2014) and you could see the brightness difference.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.
Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic
Or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness
You can also adjust the Contrast, Sharpness, Color, or Tint (G/R) in the Expert Settings.
We also recommend you check if Power Saving Mode has been enabled.
Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

Great master bedroom tv !

Mounted low in our master bedroom, connected via Cat6, we have great streaming and awesome video. It could use a little bit better speakers but I'm putting in a Samsung soundbar next.
