The only issue I have had is that I had to buy new hdmi cables for my gaming consoles because for some reason the tv wouldn't recognize them with the cables that I had been using on the old tv.

The wireless network feature along with wifi, allows us to really use the apps on the tv without using cable or having wires everywhere.

Crystal clear and resolution is much better than my other 4K so I was pleasantly surprised, especially since the price was so good. If I had to be critical, I would say I wish it had more than 2 HDMI ports. Very happy with this purchase.

I was weary about getting a second Samsung as the one I had previously had, started having lines go through the screen where the pixels are. One of the downfalls of this tv…. Even though it has Samsung Tv, it always defaults back to it, even if you previously had the app on a different one.

I have always bought Samsung and will continue to do so. Only reason for the 4 stars is really a personal preference. I can’t get use to the realistic look of everything on the tv but I’m old school and all tv’s are like this now. I prefer to watch my tv shows and not see all the characters flaws lol!

I’m giving it two starts because it was a good tv when it actually worked. I normally love Samsung, but if it won’t last even two years, I’ll have to find another brand.

It’s a fantastic tv and worth the cost. The installation by the geek squad was awesome. The customer service and attention given was above what is typically the norm. Great job!

We have bought Samsung TVs for the past 18 years. We still use our old plasma Samsung 40 in. in our downstairs spare bedroom!

Three weeks into purchase, tv played only audio with no picture. Great picture when it was working.

So far everything has been fantastic, and clarity is absolutely awesome I can see the pores in the actors faces. I would recommend buying.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 Smart 4K TV. We appreciate your feedback regarding Wi-Fi connectivity issues you are experiencing with your TV.
A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Should your problem persist, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or text HELP to 62913.
