    Great TV for the price. Sadly most cable these days do not run 4k viewing, so you're not really getting the output the TV can hold

    Bought this for my mom who has vision issues. She loves it. She is deaf and she says the closed caption is large enough for her to see it.

    Picture is pretty good but shortly after buying it, the sound and speakers started acting up. Not sure I would buy again.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest firmware on your TV. To see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV go to Settings > Support > Software Update and easily update from there.

      I'm not sure what specific issues you are having with sound but I recommend you performing a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
