    1. Software is slow and outdated. Wish I did some research 2. The remote has a poor layout, doesn’t light up and the Tv responds so slow to your button press. I know these are small problems but they will drive you nuts and make you regret you paid for this tv. Next time I buy a tv I will ask for the remote and navigate the tv’s interface

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the TU8000 under Crystal UHD TVs > T Model Lineup.
