The sound not so good i use a 5 speaker system. Do NOT like the remote the buttons are too small and always hit a button i don't want. Old remote had less buttons. only other issue is only 2 HDMI ports. 3 star ratting is due to remote and HDMI.

We recommend adjusting the Sound Settings to improve your experience. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
Regarding your remote, please know you can also use your Android or Apple device to download the SmartThings App, allowing you to control your TV from your cellular device.
Also, we appreciate your feedback on the inputs available on your TV. When you upgrade to the AU8000 TV, there are 3 HDMI inputs available. You can also purchase a splitter, increasing the number of HDMI inputs.
