Great smart tv with easy to setup features. You will need a big vehicle if you want to take it home. Packacking was excellent and very secure. Amazing clear picture quality.

Even though this was a newer model, we have two other Samsung tvs which are QLED and UHD. We keep this tv in the living area for when guest come over, it is NO outstanding quality but definitely worth the price

It works well now that my 4K Apple TV Box is connected to a HDMI cable I just got at Apple, and with my fast internet from XFINITY the TV in my opinion is Flawless!

While the picture is fairly nice but there are other "Features" that are quite annoying. 1) The TV often starts on a channel set by Samsung instead of the last channel I was watching. While there seems to be a setting to allow you to change this behavior, it doesn't work. I am sick to death of the TV starting on "Hell's Kitchen". Which leads me to the next problem. 2) There is a huge lag between clicking on the remote and when the menu on the TV response. This is not only when the TV starts but any time you use the remote which makes using the TV tedious. 3) In the home area of the menus, Samsung has added menu options that you can't remove. 4) The TV seems to be setup to advertise Samsung channels.

I'm on two weeks straight trying to calibrate this thing to no success. The colors are horrible. Im comparing this to a 65" LG I purchased around the same time and was up and running with the correct colors within 30 minutes. I do not recommend

I see that you’ve already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case:
Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

Meets Expectations for TV at this Price

Pretty much in line with expectations. It appears that Samsung shipped the unit with 2 of the same feet that are not interchangeable betwen left and right (doesn't appear to be a "one size fits all" foot). We are wall mounting, so not an issue.

Otherwise its not as good as I would have expected. I’ve always purchased Sony, but went with Samsung so I could stream Spectrum. Again not the quality of the spectrum boxes, but no monthly service fee.

Had the Geek squad come hang it on the wall flawlessly, was worth every penny especially for the perks. They were also nice enough to hang my old tv in another room.

The picture is so beautiful on this TV. Greek squad installed in 2 days, a little pricey but worth it. The two techs were awesome to work with. Such a satisfied customer!
