Delivery SETUP Fee...RIP OFF!

Good picture- Remote is HORRIBLE ENTER button needs to be more distinct and moved away from the Samsung Plus & Guide buttons too easy to hit accidentally. Change the size of remote to accommodate. The SETUP FEE was a joke...They DID NOTHING! Didn't explain how to do anything or set up anything!!!!! Refund $100 and I'll feel less RIPPED OFF.
