Great investment for next 5 years

If you want a TV that's both smart, large and compatible with all platforms, and you don't wanna over spend on a TV that will lose most of its value next year, then this is a great choice. I 've pair it with the 170$ sound system from Samsung, and pretty much stream music from my phone or my guests can do the same.

The picture quality is amazing and we find the tv easy to use. While the 60 hz that relate to picture blur is on the low side of the spectrum, we haven’t experienced any picture blur watching movies, live tv, or sports. The 70” display looks consistent from one corner to the other with no distortion to the picture resolution anywhere! It’s amazing. Also, having such a small bezel around the screen, and being such a thin tv, we were skeptical of the sound that the speakers would generate so be bought a Polk 2.1 surround system to accompany the tv. Love the Polk but we are actually impressed at the sound quality the tv generates on its own! The only disappointing feature we found is that the tv only comes with two hdmi ports. Not a disqualifies for us, but after connecting our DVR and DVD players we have reached the capacity of inputs for this tv. The sound bar uses an optical cable and this tv has an optical cable outlet for that purpose. We are very pleased with this purchase!

GREAT TV, GREAT PICTURE, SOUND EASY TO SET UP BUT

Il Best Buy. Went to buy the 70" class 7 and the "helpful" employee said they were no longer made that I needed to up grade to a 75" or 82: version. SO I came back home printed off a fake order on the web and went back the next day. The friendly employee wasn't there but another one was. His explanation was the "other" employee loves to upsell - so I got the TV I wanted, went to add the haul away and the price went from 29.99 on the web to 149.99 at the store. Needless to say I have an old projection TV now sitting in the garage. NOT SAMSUNG'S FAULT the TV is GREAT all Best Buy's fault. Yes I would recommend to others but be careful when you shop.

Too big to fit in my little car. It does have a few limitations however. It only has 2 HDMI ports. My previous TV had RCA connections to allow you to connect audio/video connections. This TV only has an Antenna connection for coaxial cable along with the 2 HDMI Ports. The Picture and sound are awesome!!
