Page says it works with Alexa, but Alexa only works to turn it off and sometimes on and nothing else. The Universal guide and Universal remote don't work at all with Xfinity cable services. Roughly every 6 weeks it forgets the network settings and the only way to reconnect it to the internet is to do a factory reset and redo everything (all your apps and passwords) from scratch. The universal remote also doesn't work with my Samsung soundbar. It has a decent picture, but needing 3 remotes to watch a show is insane and needing to spend an hour or two every other month to reset the tv isn'r worth the pain.

I love this TV, I’ve had for about two years now and it’s great! Looks amazing in my living room and I got it for such a great deal. I highly recommend.

Picture is amazing. Ive had my TV for about 2 years no without any issues. Only thing I havent been able to figure out is how to change the time zone/location. All my samsung local channels are from the east coast.

It’s a great TV. Love the fact you can add any app you want as well. Picture wise is good quality as well. No complains really.

This Tv has the best picture view. I brought this as a gift for my sons first apartment. We put it on the wall and it is perfect. Picture quality is awesome. My son loves his new TV.

This TV is the absolute best I have ever owned, no question. It performs very well in dimly lit and brightly lit rooms. The picture is phenomenal, and I absolutely love the setting.

Honestly it was a real big deal. Almost 600$ bucks for a huge Samsung's TV. I know it was an older model but it doesn't matter if you only want to watch TV in a huge TV. I'm very happy.

Great TV, has all the bells and whistles. I bought this exact model and moved the walls where I moved are weak and it fell and broke. I bought the same one to replace it.

Excellent TV. Great picture quality and good speakers, was worth it for the price. Software is a little slow at times but nothing too bad. Highly recommend this tv to anyone!
