It’s definitely better than the 10 year old Samsung we’re getting rid of. Only a couple things that really bug me, which are the reasons for the 3 stars. First off, the remote is horrible. It’s so annoying how long it takes after you push the button for the tv to respond. It bugs me like crazy, but slowly getting used to it, as well as I can I suppose. The other thing is the sound delay. I bought a new sound bar when I got the tv and returned it because I thought it was the reason for the delay. After watching for a while, after the sound bar was returned, the sound coming out of the tv wouldn’t match up to what was happening on the screen. I googled and googles how to fix it. Most of the settings it told me to change were settings that weren’t even available in the menu. I adjusted what I could and it definitely helped, but still every once in a while I have to pause the tv and let it catch up. Other than that, I like it. I love the apps on the tv. Eliminates the use for a stick.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update.
Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using, and the new version is the latest update.
New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.

Internet Connectivity is a Burden

Lost a star because I would have to unplug & plug back in the TV just so the internet would work on the TV before I could do anything else. I would have to troubleshoot it every time but even that doesn’t work until I unplug/plug the tv in. Annoying but for the price range, colors, sound, I guess I’ll live with it for now.

Easiest setup I've ever done on a TV (and I've done a LOT of setups. Fixed them for a decade). Only drawbacks are the limited ports (only 2 HDMI & 1 USB), and since the stands are on the outer corners, it most likely won't fit on an entertainment center. Even though that style of stand has been around for years at this point, it still surprised me how far apart they are.

I have an oled and obviously the quality it better but considering the fact that an oled at this size is more than quadruple this price the boost in quality in no way justifies the cost. If you’re on the fence go with this set your wallet will appreciate you.

I had an older Sony 75" and wasn't sure how the picture and size would work out in the room. But you can't tell much difference and the features and picture are amazing. You're getting a deal with this TV.

We only stream our shows so it has been a slight learning curve on operating it. I am not overly excited about the remote. It could be more senior citizen friendly & light up so you could see better at night.
