Samsung 70"

The box is rather large so if you don't have a long bed in your pick up, should get it delivered! The set up is a little confusing and takes a while but real happy with picture quality etc. The only issue we are having is the "turn off TV speakers" as we are using a bluetooth sound bar. We have done everything to turn the TV speakers off, but it's not kept in memory, probably a Samsung thing, so we have to lower the TV volume setting all the time, a pain but we are used to it now. Sound is great through the Samsung bluetooth sound bar which we also bought at BB.

But for the holiday pricing and getting 70 inch screen for under $600.00 it was a great value for the screen size. I use a wifi google chrome over the internal operating system, because I do not like the offerings of Samsung but the are offered.

Good TV for the price

The size is fantastic for the price and gives a clear, HD picture. It can’t compare to the higher priced units with OLED, but it’s not in the class to try for that…so no complaints there. My only complaint so far has been the volume. In a large room, the sound tends to be low and we’ve found ourselves needing to turn it up to volume 80 to hear certain programs clearly. A sound bar would fix this issue.

Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV, we are happy to hear are you enjoying your TV. In regards to the volume being too low, there are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
Please be sure your TV is up to date with the latest firmware, as this includes various performance updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update and can update if needed.
