The picture is fantastic. It was easy to mount. That being said I docked a star because it can be mildly confusing to navigate and download new apps to it. It works pretty well with the Samsung smart things app but not always as seamlessly as I would like and the remote is also more complicated than I would like. Overall I'm happy with this purchase but the UI could be simplified some without sacrificing quality.

Purchased for the excersize room in our home. This TV features wireless connection for streaming Apple TV (Ifit), Netflix, Prime etc. The picture is excellent. It's not as good as our QLED but for this price it is outstanding. 70" TV was delivered to my door by Best Buy delivery without any issues. This was my second delivery from them in recent months and both were excellent and during the specified time frame.

I upgraded from my 2009 Samsung where I used an Amazon fire stick for apps. I expected this TV to be so much better and in many aspects, my 2009 was better quality. First, it is not very user-friendly, especially considering the apps are built-in. Roku TVs are much more accessible. The little apps are on the bottom of the screen and you can hardly tell if the cursor is on the right app. It barely gets any bigger. Second, there is a slight lag when pressing buttons. Press the mute button and you end up pressing it more than once, because it takes a second to register. Third, it is as reflective as a mirror!! It does not make for a great TV during the daytime, especially if you have a lot of windows. Fourth, I don't know who designed the remote, but they need to be fired. All the important buttons are on the very bottom, are tiny, and way too close to each other. This creates a lot of frustration because the wrong button is frequently pressed. The non-essential buttons, like numbers (who uses those anymore?!), are huge and take up half the remote. Thoroughly disappointed and has tested my sanity, but not worth my time or effort to return. Other than that, the sound is fine and the picture quality (in the dark) is also great. Try getting some customer focus groups, Samsung!

Very nice intro tv with 4k capabilities. This is my second one and the first still works.
