The total experience of this purchase has been extremely poor. The TV is fine but the experience from walking into the department to the sales clerk being unhelpful to the disaster on delivery day to finally following up with the call center on a credit that should have been mailed to me. I called the center last night to follow up on the credit and after being on hold for 34 minutes, the rep transferred me... After another 35 minutes, the call was disconnected as soon as the rep answered. I then called back and again was disconnected and I believe it was because they were closed by the time I waited another 35 minutes! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Perfect size and ok picture volume is a little on the low end

Great value for high quality picture and sound. Easy setup and downloading additional apps was a breeze. I reused an existing wall mount and only needed to pickup a few bolts at the hardware store. I highly recommend this to at the price point.

I have purchased Samsung TVs from Best Buy on several occasions and each time the service from Best Buy has been outstanding. The product will always get 5 stars, because it's easy to operate and the picture is very clear.

Great picture and everything is updated and easy to use

Picked this up at a great price on sale. at first it was really quiet/low volume until we played with the settings. i was amazed at how physically light the tv was, 1 person could lift it, if not for the width. great product.

The product is decent. I just hate that it doesn’t have as many apps as roku TVs, I understand they are different but you would think you get more bang for your buck. I only had one issue, the internet connectivity. It wouldn’t connect for a couple of days. I reset it and it has been working ever since. But it’s definitely nice to watch!

Was worth every dollar. It a smart tv has all the mainstream media apps, and it’s 70”. I couldn’t ask for anything much better for that price range. Also the image and colors are very good for being under $1000.

Not too shabby should’ve gone bigger but overall great tv

This TV is the best thing to happen to me. I wanted it so bad, that I had no choice but to ratchet strap it to my sedans rooftop because of the size. Totally worth the chances I took to get it home. I would do it all over again if I could.

I literally just put this TV up and just like all my other Samsung TV’s it did not disappoint. I love the picture quality and the features and apps. I only wish that I would have bought a bigger one. This TV is amazing and a must buy for sure!!

Get the movie experience right from your living room. This was well worth the price, one of the reasons I purchased this was we also have a smaller one that works so well for so many years Samsung has really out done themselves with this tv

Good personal service, they had what i was locking for.

The TV is amazing. Fills up my large living room nicely. I saw that people had complaints about the remote. I haven’t had any issues at all with it. I would highly recommend anyone buy this.

The 4K picture is amazing. I upgraded my Netflix content to 4K more expensive but worth it. Works well with my existing WIFI network. I upgraded from the 6 series Samsung TV. Had no issues setting up or mounting. Kids love it.

Such a great tv. We love it so much we actually went back and bought another one. The size is perfect for movie nights. I do recommend getting a sound bar if you like a real theater sound. But if not it’s great.

First tv I received was cracked in the box but I got this exchanged no questions asked. Very happy with that process. Picture quality on this is more than enough. Though since it is backlit, the darks could be improved. The UI can be a little slow/confusing but nothing major. I would have liked more customization of the picture.

This tv has a good picture and sound when I have Only had LG TVs To compare with. It is not as good as the oled of but if not sitting side by side is more that acceptable. I chose this because of price and reviews and I’m more than satisfied.

Great screen quality. The size of the tv makes any room feel like a theater. I recommend wall mounting the tv unless you have a long and wide stand. I personally did not realize how wide the legs were and unexpectedly had to learn how to mount the tv.
