It’s a gorgeous tv, the tv itself is perfect. The in store service was not because the guy set it up as a pick up after we told him to deliver and he repeated back to me.

So far I am very happy with this TV. I have never owned a smart TV and am still learning all the features. some times the whites are very white almost like a bright light so I am trying to adjust the contrast to soften the bright white.

Everything was cool for about a year... NOW... I've been through about 3 months of my internet dropping out! I've done everything from factory resetting the tv, to moving my WIFI extender around the house, to having my internet provider come and upgrade my equipment!! And still, my SmartThings app and my provider's internet app chimes me and tells me my tv is disconnected!! It's soooo frustrating!! The Geek Squad is coming by to hopefully fix my problem by swapping out the network card... But, at this point, I would rather just exchange this crap of a tv, and get the Samsung 75" Q70D, like I should've done in the first place!!

A nice step up from std. HD without the huge price shock. Wife is very happy with her new system as well as a new surround sound system paired for the TV.

This is the perfect television for our sports/game room. This room is now the most used room in the house! Love the additional Samsung Plus channels.

Very nice tv. We love the samsung channels. May have to drop our direct tv account, seem to be able to find enough to watch and keep everyone happy.

Great TV, replaced my Lg and this one connects to the internet and will stream. The Lg would not.

Tv was perfect right out of the box. Also had no trouble pairing a Samsung soundbar to it as well.

Samsung, I think is the best made TV, so I have never been disappointed with their product, I believe neither would you.

This seemed to be a nice tv, but I had issues with it staying connected to my wireless internet. Everytime i turned the tv off, I would have to reset the network, unplug the tv from the outlet for 30 seconds, the plug it back into the outlet, turn it on and connect to my internet again. I really wanted to keep the tv, so I messeged back and forth with a customer service representative from Samsung ro fix the issue but in the end I was told by the representative to just return the product because it wouldn’t be worth having a technician coming put and fixing bei g able to fix the problem. It was kind of a bummer because I was looking forward to keeping my new tv, but I went ahead and returned it as instructed to. I guess now I’ll be waiting for the new Samsung QLED tvs to come out, but I have no idea when that will be; so I’m just stuck with my old tv waiting :-(

One of the best purchases ever. Screen is crystal clear and Samsung has it's own stations so no subscription services needed. An absolute recomendation.

Shows nice and the control center is easy to understand I love how it’s connected to my ps5 and turns it on

Great TV for the money. The hub interface works so well we don’t even use our Apple TV any longer.
