    Beware. I bought this model on March 11, 2024. After almost 2 months now the internet connection becomes unreliable. Three Samsung care personnel diagnosed it and "fixed" it but the problem remains. Internet connection remains intermittent. A service ticket was created to have this issue looked at by human. Anyways the service will still happen. Hope the technician will fix it. Meanwhile, I rate this model 0. Unlucky me I chose this model amongst many out there. Beware!

    Will never buy a Samsung TV again. I’ve never had a TV that crashes & just not work like this one. I try and add apps to my Home Screen and the TV just won’t do it after clicking “add to Home Screen”
