I bought a 70" Samsung TV and it is awesome! We set it up as a curb pick up so Bets Buy had it outside waiting to load up as I pulled in. It was simple, no fuss and went smooth. The staff loaded up and off I went - I was home watching it in no time.

Great TV for the price- features are excellent including app for remote.

Died after a year and a half right outside of the warranty period. Just started boot cycling randomly when connected to power. I read that sometimes the issue is the ribbon cable going from the main board to the LCD so I replaced that, but it didnt fix it. Apparently not an uncommon problem.

I would give it a zero but I can't. I bought this to replace a series 6 70" that lasted less than a year under warranty. I was told that it was because it was a cheaper model and this one would be much better. It was great while it lasted, not long. Than lines started on the bottom and a couple of weeks ago It had a black screen that wouldn't turn on. I tried everything. Called Samsung and explained I always buy Samsung TV's. I have ones that are over 20 years old. Now I have 2 that have died in less than 3 years. They wouldn't do anything even though I'm a loyal customer and really want to stay with Samsung. I figure something is wrong with the 70" panels, but they would do nothing at all to help rectify the situation, other than for me to pay to have it repaired. Why would I?

Tv is great but they described the open box item as being excellent condition and it was NOT. scratches in the item but more importantly it was missing the stands that i specifically asked about! Chatting with customer service was no help, they wanted me to go back to the store to get the nonexistent stands.

All the apps available are great! Definitely recommend

Speakers are not good qualty. Have to turn the TV up to almost 80 to hear it great. Other than that, it is just an ok TV.
