Thank you for purchasing the Samsung CU7000 TV. You may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature to address the audio delay. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

Samsung forever!

This particular TV was installed on our lanai by the fabulous Geek Squad.

Dont Buy From Best Buy

The protection plans do not cover anything at all. You can not return large televisions to the store. You must schedule for a technician to come to your home to inspect the faulty product. This means you have to take a day off of work to sit at home for the technician to come out and tell you the store will not honor the expensive protection plan you bought because they dont understand that if glass flexes it breaks in the middle. They claimed impact damage when there was no impact. Take your business to Bezos like everyone else and let this company fold like it deserves to.

Frustrated!!!

I've been through about 3 months of my internet dropping out! I've done everything from factory resetting the tv, to moving my WIFI extender around the house, to having my internet provider come and upgrade my equipment!! And still, my SmartThings app and my provider's internet app chimes me and tells me my tv is disconnected!! It's soooo frustrating!! The Geek Squad is coming by to hopefully fix my problem by swapping out the network card... But, at this point, I would rather just exchange this crap of a tv, and get the Samsung 75" Q70D, like I should've done in the first place!!

I have had to disconnect it from the power source to fix it a few times as the tv completely froze and I could not get back to the Home Screen.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your CU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help and have a few recommendations that may improve any glitches you are having with apps or the user interface.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Finally, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
