Meets our requirements with small issues withstand

The remote control is quite disappointing but perhaps we just haven’t learned to use it properly. We’re used to Roku and this is different. Picture quality is fine and sound quality is fine.

Nice television ( Missing remote )

Its not the first tv purchased from best buy. Thus is tge first time i have a problem and it may be samsungs mistake but best buy was absolutely no help to me. I set the tv up on the stand. I had to tesr ooen the box to fet it out and they asked me to return it fir a exchange. Not helpful and not going to happen. With a bad back id rather buy a universal remote. But very dissapointed with best buy.

Tv warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a long fight with bast buy warranty to replace my tv due to the one being broke. Got the tv in 2022 and a few months after that we started to have a few problems with it and had them replaced multiple parts on the tv and we just now got a replacement tv. Had a 5 year extended warranty on the tv, and they wouldn't hold their end on the warranty on time frame i had a tech come to my house 7 times to replace parts on the tv or order parts that never fixed the issues i was told by the store manager that they dont have techs come to your house no more then 3 times before they have a replacement sent out. I paid around 880 for the tv and the warranty and they only gave me 475 for for a replacement tv because they had to pay for a geek squad tech to come out and replace my tv so i got less then what was paid for the tv and warranty. 10 out of 10 do not recommend buying a tv from best buy and expecting them to treat you like you would like and do what you paid for because they will haggle you and not do what is needed to fix your problem.

Just ok

It's disappointing that our last TV of a different brand is four years old and has a better picture than this brand new TV.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering during streaming is typically related to internet speed or signal strength. This can happen when your connection isn’t able to deliver data quickly enough for smooth playback.
We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
If buffering continues, you may want to contact your internet service provider to check your current speed or explore upgrade options.

Sells damaged product & accepts no responsibility

We were one day past their warranty before we could get it installed. Day 15. Therefore we had to go to Samsung. Samsung said it had been dropped. We did not drop it. We were sold a defected dropped TV which no one would take responsibility for. The other 2 were fine. BTW we've purchased over 10 otherTV's 3 laptops, printers, routers, washer,apple watch and thats just what I can find under my account. No longer a Best Buy Customer.

So I returned it. I got a higher series Samsung tv and of course had to pay more money for something that used to be basic on the Samsung TVs. Not u restating the logic here but overall it seems like a good sale price otherwise. I actually never took it out of the box and tried it out because my main focus was that remote initially and I knew I wasn’t keeping the television.

Samsung the TV you need a doctorate to operate.

Unusual flaw with a Samsung Product

Worst TV ever!

Best Buy replaced it. One month in it stopped working again. It started turning off randomly. Best buy did nothing and told me to contact Samsung. Samsung sent out a tech who had no idea what was wrong and replaced the the motherboard. Two weeks after the TV stops working and starts turning off randomly. We are barely going to make 3 months and this tv doesnt work and Samsungs solution is just to keep sending out a tech that has no clue why this keeps happening. This TV model is crap! I got two defective tvs !!

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

Disappointed in purchase

Terrible Wi-Fi card do not buy

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
