Best Buy is a joke!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received 2 of these tvs over the last 2 months. Both were cracked! The 3rd was due last week and the day of delivery it was canceled until February 10th without a reason. A Black Friday purchase turned into a nightmare. The Geek square was great, Best Buy after 2/12 months is non responsive. They rely on computer responses and no live people.
