I purchased a TV that turned out to be water-damaged right out of the box. When I tried to return it, I was told I should have brought it back within two days—even though Best Buy’s own return policy clearly states you have 30 days. Not only was I sold a defective item, but I was also denied the fair return process I should have been entitled to. This feels dishonest and unfair. I trusted Best Buy to stand by their products and their policies, but instead I was left with a damaged TV and no support. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly recommend others double-check everything they buy, because apparently Best Buy doesn’t honor its own return policy.

Youre trying to be in that in between price point of a good and bad tv, not worth it go big or go small. Get a 2-300$ roku and call it a day. Exact same performance, you’re just paying 200 extra for the pretty Samsung badge.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light

Thank you for sharing your experience with the YouTube app. If the app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, we recommend trying the following steps:
1. Cold boot the TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and back on.
2. Delete and reinstall the app to clear out any potential corrupted data.
3. Reset Smart Hub to remove any app conflicts (Settings > Support > Device Care > Reset Smart Hub).
Please also make sure your TV has the latest firmware installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
