Very dissatisfied with BEST BUY

I was told by the Geek Squat installer that I would receive a phone call to schedule a new installation date. I didn't get a call and had to go back to the store where I was given a date over a month away. I made a 2nd trip back to cancel the order. I still am getting calls to confirm a delivery date that should have been canceled and still haven't been refund the $800+ dollars. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY WAY TO SUBMITT Don't buy here unless you can carry it out of the building

Thank you for your review. If you're not hearing sound from your U8000F TV, please try the following:
• Check your volume and mute settings, and confirm external speakers are powered on.
• If using HDMI ARC/eARC, make sure you’re using a certified HDMI cable and go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto. Also enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) under External Device Manager.
• For Optical, be sure the external audio device is on before connecting, and set Sound Output = Optical.
• For Bluetooth, try unpairing and reconnecting: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
• For Wi-Fi speakers, use: Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup and make sure both devices are on the same network.
You can also try running a Sound Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
